MY LECHE FLAN FROM TLE LAB GR10

 INGREDIENTS

10 egg yolks

1 condensed milk (390g)

1 evaporated milk (370 ml)

1 tsp. vanilla extract (or calamansi/lemon juice) sugar for caramel

I cant remember how i exactly did this but it’s delicious
