Ingredients 2 pork chop 1pc egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water Oil for deep-frying, preheat over medium heat Optional: 1 diced potato, boiled 1 diced carrot, boiled Instructions Dip each piece of pork steak in egg wash Open Pack (1), Coat in McCormick Tonkatsu Coating Mix Deep Fry until golden brown and cooked through. To make the sauce: OPEN Pack (2). Dissolve McCormick Curry Sauce Mix in 1 cup (250ml) hot water. Optional: Add boiled carrots and potatoes to curry sauce Pour sauce over fried pork chop and serve.
