Ingredients
- 2 pork chop
- 1pc egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
- Oil for deep-frying, preheat over medium heat
Optional:
- 1 diced potato, boiled
- 1 diced carrot, boiled
Instructions
- Dip each piece of pork steak in egg wash
- Open Pack (1), Coat in McCormick Tonkatsu Coating Mix
- Deep Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- To make the sauce: OPEN Pack (2). Dissolve McCormick Curry Sauce Mix in 1 cup (250ml) hot water.
- Optional: Add boiled carrots and potatoes to curry sauce
- Pour sauce over fried pork chop and serve.
